Lumo Driver is the official driver application for the Lumo rideshare platform.

The app allows approved drivers to connect with passengers, receive trip requests, and manage rides within the Lumo service area.

App Features:

• Receive real-time ride requests
• View trip details before accepting
• Access built-in navigation support
• Track completed trips and earnings
• Manage online and offline availability
• View trip history inside the app

How It Works:

Sign in with your approved driver account

Go online when available

Receive ride requests with trip details

Accept and complete rides

Track trip records within the app

Driver Requirements:

• Valid Ontario G driver’s licence
• Completed criminal background and vulnerable sector check
• Minimum $2,000,000 liability insurance with 6A endorsement
• Valid Transportation Network Company (TNC) licence
• Vehicle meeting Ontario Safety Standards
• Valid vehicle safety inspection certificate

Service Area:

The Lumo Driver app operates within the Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, Welland, Niagara Falls, Thorold, Fort Erie, Port Colborne, Hamilton, and surrounding communities.
