FORWARD AN EMAIL, REVIEW A PLAN
Each space has its own receiving address. Forward a message or paste its text into the app. For forwarded messages, AI helps organize relevant dates, activities and follow-ups. Pasted text uses basic extraction. Review uncertain details and check important dates against the original email.

KEEP WORK AND PERSONAL LIFE SEPARATE
Create spaces for work, personal projects, school or family. Invite people to a specific space using their own accounts. Only members of that space can access its shared information; your other spaces stay separate.

Use Today to find items that need attention, Inbox to review emails, and Plans to see activities and tasks. Browse earlier weeks and update details as plans change.

WORK TOGETHER
Share a space with the people involved and keep its emails, plans and follow-ups in one place. Each person keeps their own sign-in and password.

WHAT TO KNOW
PlanHarbor is designed for adults aged 18 and over and requires an account and an internet connection. It processes messages you choose to forward or paste; it does not connect to your entire personal mailbox. Text from supported attached emails (.eml) can be read, but PDF, image and office-document contents are not parsed. AI results may need correction. A space address receives messages and cannot send replies.
