No responsible and careless, high price! Hate this company and I never ever use their service anymore. Before fast but now too late, wait more than 3 months, show it is in transit, finally informed my product was loss than their policy refund 5$ while actually price 50$, a kidding! How could client acceptable and trust urs. Useless app, legally thief!

My products' delivery fee from China range never below $1.8 and while some goes to more than $10. However, the worse thing is it's barely 2kg. And it is only around a jacket's size package (after folding). Customer service on Messenger: 8/10 Delivery Attitude: 4/10 Delivery price from China: 2/10 Delivery time: 5/10 App UI: 6/10 OVERALL: 5/10 ADVICE: Use LODA. It has more service, better pricing, easier interface meaning user-friendly app, organized payment app. I give it a SOLID 8/10.
