Horrible navigation!! I've had my dual dash-cam for years & I recently found the mobile app, which I thought would be easy to navigate. WRONG. I've got the camera plugged in, open the app to add my camera, then I get a notification that I need to make sure it's compatible & my camera is listed! I can't understand the people on the customer support line & they can't understand me. They ask a question & I start to answer, they talk over me, then ask me to repeat myself & when I do they hang up.

I've been trying to connect my cell phone to the camera for a month and a half and after connecting via WiFi, it sticks Loading.. I don't know what, I managed to open a case with customer service, they asked me for video and explanation and they asked me for the same thing three times. In the end they answer me the same, to get closer to the camera, to make sure I am connected. When the video shows you that the whole problem is after being connected to the WiFi, they themselves don't know how

Nice app but what would it take for the wifi to work more than 10ft away from the camera. The game changer for this app would be if you could view live feed from the camera from any location with wifi. Wish the developers can do something such that if a person was away from their car over a long period or distance,they would still be able to check in on the live feed from time to time.
