This has got to be the worst product I have ever purchased. The app doesn't work at all. It continues to ask me to connect to a WiFi it is already connected to. Even after rebooting and uninstalling it. This product is a scam. Even the QR code is fake. It gives access to your passwords on your devices. Be warned.

This thing is amazing. I found I had an ear condition that my Dr had missed by recording video and taking photos for him to see. I literally paid $5.50 for this device, he's an MD. Go figure. While I didn't have a problem with holding and using the device it should be noted that it could be dangerous if not used very, very carefully. NOT for children.

it was working, and now the Wi-Fi will not connect. And the Albird that they say to connect to doesn't show up in my wi-fi, only the YW tool which used to connect to. Is there a trick that I'm missing?
