1. Why do I have to add the device over and over again. I create the account to use the app for my fridge, why do I have to add the same fridge time after time? 2. My current password does not work. When I use the forgot password, it does not accept any combination of new password attempts despite using all three required components. This is extremely frustrating. This is a very basic app, the peripherals to use it are junk.

Wow! What an awful app. It broke my cooler (APL35)! First it let me change the name but failed to connect. Left the name as default...it connected. Then the UI...so bad. The temp control didn't display on my screen (Galaxy Fold) until I closed and used the small front screen-still wonky but visible. The + and - icons are the size of a pencil tip :(. I changed temp to 40 F, then somehow the app set the temp to -36! What? Min temp is -4. Manual controls on cooler no longer work! Broken by the app.

this app is broken. just recieved a VL60 ProS and the app says it's set to 97°F Even though the slider only goes to 50° f, so when I set it to 32°F it just skips to 0°F on the fridge. celcius seems to work normally, but I want to use it in Fahrenheit..
