DictTango is an offline tool to display the dictionary of MDict format

Due to storage access restrictions in the Google Play Store, starting from Android 11, non-file management apps will be unable to access files on the SD card. All app files must be stored within the app's internal folders.
You can add dictionaries stored on the SD card by following these steps:
1) Activate the PC console in "Foreground Services", then use a browser on your computer to upload the dictionary file.
2) In the dictionary list screen, select "Copy from SD card" from the option menu
3) In "App File Explorer", select "Copy from SD card to here" from the option menu
If you're not ready, please do not upgrade.
