Used to be a very good game... now, there are non-stopped events that are money-oriented. You are not going to win any item without paying most of the time. In the past week, there is no way to access to the game. It keeps loading configuration for the whole day. Are you going to fix it? Some of my team players already quit. 8/27/2023: there is no way to top-up after the game update. The developer added more activities (3 in 1 times!) But the players cannot top-up.

Nice game but there has been more and more glitches. Now that after the most recent software updates, it won't allow me to purchase any in-game items. I can still purchase other stuff at Google Play store so the transaction error is not due to issues with my payment settings. Customer service has always been frustrating to deal with. The only respond you'll get for any service ticket is the generic response of "we will look into the issue" but nothing ever gets done.

6/17/21 system is making it worse. It takes forever to load and get into the game, switching to another language also takes forever to login. Then it will pump me out the game and here goes the same cycle. I have been playing this game for 178 days now. Noticing the insufficiency of customer service. We have been trying to get hold of customer service for over a month. But no reply or returning any messages of any sort. I begin to wonder if this game is a scam. Disappointed.
