samsung galaxy S25 ultra I can see the live videos but can not look at the saved videos. sometimes it does but most of the time it does not. After messaging with Innovv they were quick to send me an update to try and it works perfectly. A few days later they updated the app for everyone to use. Love this system and the customer service is top notch.

Having the same issue as Stefan Prijic below. Used to be able to access my videos, but now when I open the app and go to constant video it shows as blank. If you pull the SD card out and put it in your computer the videos are there and it's working and you can play them, but the app can't see them anymore with the SD card in the camera module. Found a bunch of reports of this online as well. This clearly is an issue with the app that they have not addressed properly.

Browsing videos no longer works. Installed the app on a new phone, connected to camera, can see live stream but accessing the recordings is not working. The app tries to load the files in the list but silently fails and shows nothing. You'd say that for a company that advertises as the best motorcycle cameras, the application would match that but it seems that the developers just don't care. The issue is that I am relying on wifi transfer because of the installation location (under fairings).
