App is just a bit rubbish. Hard to navigate and options don't make sense. It used to have the ability to name each user so it was easy to check the logs but now it's just numbers - so if you want to delete people you have to remember what number user they are. It's just an annoying unhelpful experience. The lock we bought is excellent but I want to do more remotely and for that, the app is shockingly bad.

Cant even go past registration process. SMS code does not come (tried few times). Suggest you avoid this company, as the whole idea was to be able to control the lock remotely.

The app lost the information for the lock. Had lock for over a year. Used the app just a few months ago. Tried to use it today and it had forgotten everything. Not going to reconfigure whole lock for app. App is near useless.
