App is just a bit rubbish. Hard to navigate and options don't make sense. It used to have the ability to name each user so it was easy to check the logs but now it's just numbers - so if you want to delete people you have to remember what number user they are. It's just an annoying unhelpful experience. The lock we bought is excellent but I want to do more remotely and for that, the app is shockingly bad.

The app lost the information for the lock. Had lock for over a year. Used the app just a few months ago. Tried to use it today and it had forgotten everything. Not going to reconfigure whole lock for app. App is near useless.

It kinda works. Most of the time anyways. But not on older phones, which is a bummer for an AirBnB scenario. Also not possible to manage fingerprints from the app, which defeats the office-center scenario. Please improve.
