Ratings and reviews

Telebirr is a great app for paying, sending money, buying packages, and paying bills. But there's one important thing missing – the option to clear all notifications at once. It's annoying to see the notification number every day, and it's hard to click on each one to mark them as read. Adding this feature would greatly improve the user experience of Telebirr.

It was one of the best online payment apps till this "Super Update". Now it takes more time to perform simple tasks, session expires while in the middle of transaction and the UI isn't user friendly and there are too many ads. I don't recommend anyone to update to this version. Edit: they manage to ruine it even more. Can't sign in over Wi-Fi barely works with Data.

Telebirr is a great digital wallet solution. However, its UI and UX design is unfriendly; it contains a lot of features with sliding overflow text. These make it the app ugly. One more bad thing: Telebirr has been upgraded to functional deadlock, which don't allow logins from WiFi. What if I have zero balance mobile card and want to buy airtime/package? I have to buy paper mcard. 🫢
