It was easy to setup, use, & I got notifications for about 4 months then the camera went offline. Contacted customer service, who asked me to send a photo of what I saw. I sent the photo of their default photo and the person was excited that there were deer on my camera. They were useless. I drove 3 hours to the camera and it had quit reading the sim. Removed, restarted, and it started working again. Now I don't get notifications. I'm giving up. New camera has been ordered from elsewhere.

Do not buy anything that uses this app! No customer support, bugs all over this system! finally got it working after taking a free trial, which was supposed to be for 7 days ... ended up being around 30 minutes later a notification coming from them saying I've used all the data!!! so naturally I buy the unlimited plan, then the camera goes blank and they tell me to go reset it, it's in the middle of nowhere!! Beware the cloud service and data service plans are sold separate but need both to work

I was unable to add the device to the app. Support gave me the run around to fix it until I got sick of the slow communication and constant "try this". Nothing they recommended worked. They supplied a usps label to return it. The tracking number shows that it made it to the destination, but they claim it has not arrived and will not send a new one or a refund. They were really pushing getting a replacement everytime I brought up a refund.
