worked for like a week for the free trial. then stopped working. so I got the subscription thinking it would start back working. and still didn't work. The support team just kept saying to update the app. The app was updated. now I just want a refund on my subscription. doubt if I get it though. been messing with this dash cam for a couple of months now.

Setting up was quick and easy. The only time there were any problems, it was just user error. Super easy to use. The UI is slick and intuitive. Developers were very quick to respond to requests for help, so they deserve five stars themselves. Way to go, YBox team!!

It bricked my L7 dashcam during firmware update! Can't recover or reset. Be sure to have perfect 4g reception when doing firmware updates! Beware! I was lucky enough to be able to swap for a new unit. Learn from my mistake. Anyways app needs some polishing. But does get the job done.
