Setting up was quick and easy. The only time there were any problems, it was just user error. Super easy to use. The UI is slick and intuitive. Developers were very quick to respond to requests for help, so they deserve five stars themselves. Way to go, YBox team!!

It bricked my L7 dashcam during firmware update! Can't recover or reset. Be sure to have perfect 4g reception when doing firmware updates! Beware! I was lucky enough to be able to swap for a new unit. Learn from my mistake. Anyways app needs some polishing. But does get the job done.

Notifications were sent to phone, stopped working, verified settings, no help. Reached out to support on 6-9-21. Waiting for a response. Still waiting, no cloud service either. The app wants me to pay again after the rate went up. There is no support. Not worth any stars...
