the app is perfect, but a problem existed today which is when I enter the app it does not work and a notification shows up that says "you're not connected to our services" while I'm literally connected and there's no problem with the Wi-Fi from my side. please your support on this case.

how the does it work? it keeps showing me trailers instead of the show or movie. i can't manage to make it work properly
