About this app

Volt is a generator management app for private neighbourhood generators in Iraq. It saves the end-of-month arithmetic and stops debts from getting lost between notebooks: who subscribes, how many amperes they take, what they owe, what was collected, and how much cash each collector holds tonight.

• Register a subscriber once: name, phone, amperes, subscription type, area.
• Find anyone by name or number in a second; see the state at a glance: active or cut, in debt or clear.
• Balances accumulate from invoices and payments automatically.

■ Pricing and invoices
• Set the ampere price per subscription type for the month.
• Generate every subscriber's invoice in one tap, computed from their amperes and type.
• An issued invoice keeps its figures; a later price change never rewrites it.

■ Collection without leakage
• Settle in full, collect part and carry the rest as debt, or forgive the remainder, each as a recorded line.
• Every payment produces a receipt you can share over WhatsApp on the spot.

■ Collectors and the generator's cash
• Each collector has an account and a wallet; what they collect appears in it the moment it is taken.
• The home screen always shows "cash with collectors now".
• Settlement hands the money over and closes the account with one clear line.

■ Expenses and real profit
• Record fuel, maintenance, salaries and the rest.
• The month reports its true figure: collected minus spent, and where the difference went.
• Monthly reports answer the two questions that matter: who has not paid, and what is left for you.

■ Subscriber pairing without a printed receipt
• Show the pairing code on your screen; the subscriber scans it with the companion app "Volt Subscriber" and stays signed in. No password to forget, no receipt to lose.

■ Announcements that reach everyone
• Announce the month's pricing or a maintenance window; it arrives as a notification on every paired phone.

■ Reports that need no calculator
• The month's collection in detail: who paid, who paid part, who has not paid yet, with names and amounts.
• Each collector's movement: taken, handed over, still in hand, day by day.
• Outstanding debts ranked largest first, so you know whose door to knock on.
• Month-over-month comparison of collection, expenses and profit.

■ Transparency with subscribers
• Subscribers see the month's invoice, their balance and every payment in their own app, so questions and disputes fall away.
• The receipt you share carries the invoice number, the amount and the remainder, readable on any phone.

• Stored on our servers and backed up; a lost or replaced phone loses nothing.
• Sign in with your phone number and password; the verification code arrives over WhatsApp.
