About this app

Volt Subscriber is the app for anyone subscribed to a private neighbourhood generator in Iraq. Your generator subscription, the month's bill, your balance and a receipt for every payment are on your phone, exactly as they stand in the owner's ledger. No disputes over a number, no guessing what is left.

■ Who it is for
• Every household or shop subscribed to a private generator whose owner runs it with the Volt app.
• Anyone who wants to know what they owe before the collector knocks, and keep a receipt for every payment.

■ Your subscription card
• Generator name, your meter number, your amperes and your subscription type.
• You see what the owner sees; a change in the ledger reaches you the same moment.
• Your status at a glance: active, cut, or with dues outstanding.

■ The monthly bill and your balance
• The month's bill with its number, date and the ampere price it was computed at.
• Previous months' dues summed on one line, so you know where you stand in a second.
• The full bill history, available any time.

■ A receipt for every payment
• The moment the owner or the collector records your payment, the receipt appears with its number and date.
• It shows what was paid and what remains, and stays in your history.
• Paid part of the bill? Paid and remaining are shown without ambiguity.

■ Generator notices reach you first
• The new month's pricing, a maintenance window, or any operational notice arrives as a notification.
• All notices are kept in one place to read whenever you like.

■ Sign in once, no password
• The owner shows the pairing code on their screen; you scan it once with your camera.
• You stay signed in: no username to remember, no password to forget.
• New phone? The owner issues a new code in seconds.

■ Built for daily use
• Full Arabic interface with an English option; readable in sunlight on small screens; works on weak connections.
• The camera is used only to read the pairing code; no image is ever stored.

■ Your data, safe
• Stored on our servers; a lost phone loses nothing.
• Seen only by you and your generator's owner.
• Request deletion of your data at any time from inside the app.

Note: this app works with a generator managed by its owner through the Volt app and needs a pairing code from the owner for the first sign-in.
