I haven't ordered anything off the app, but I have ordered product online. The app overall looks clean. Looks easy to get around. Only issue in having, I'm not sure if anyone else is having the same issue, but every time I tap on a product, it keeps opening in layers nonstop. Like the product will keep loading and loading stacking on top of each other. I figured out that if I tap on a product, I have to hit the back button immediately after the second layer so that it stops.

it's an okay app... for a clothing app, the items lack an accurate size guide/fitting description and/or is too poor. this is the most importan to me bc I don't want the hassle of returning items, since they are infamous for it. My hype on the app was about something adding value to the shopping experience, but it doesn't. For instance, some items have a size guide that recommend a Large size for a chest of 44", while the model with a 44" chest wears/recommends a M size. Make it make sense!

I love alphalete and was excited for an easier way to shop.... the app layout is nice, but anytime I search for a product and click to look, it glitches out. it keeps reloading the same page dozens of times until it finally errors itself. then I have to restart the app. it's frustrating to not be able to quickly search for my favorites or click on cart items without everything glitches so hard it's unusable.
