Same as the other ladies...I open the app and it says I need the "updated version" when I click on it, a screen comes up saying I have the updated version. I have also Uninstalled the app and reinstalled but same. I guess i won't be buying from Venus anymore. So sorry, but maybe check with your tech people to see what is going on. I have a feeling you will be loosing lots of customers because.of this.

Glitchy. when opening it brings up a screen saying the app needs to be updated first. when trying to, it says I have the updated version. still getting the error page, I uninstall and reinstall and it still brings up the same error page. so now I can't use the app because it won't let me go any further than the error screen. I won't be using their app.

Ladies, they have a new app (the one with 500K downloads). it works smoothly. the logo is official like this one, but it's much more concise and lighter. My only gripe about the new app is that clothes are separated by color, so you can no longer see all the colors available for one dress like this app had. 😩
