About this app

TurfUp connects customers who need lawn care with landscapers who provide it.

CUSTOMERS

Choose one or more lawn services, save your property details, and select a preferred service date and arrival window. Compare available landscapers using their profiles, ratings, distance, and final job prices before booking.

After booking, follow each stage of the job in the app. When your landscaper starts driving, TurfUp can show their updated trip location and route. Review completion photos, approve finished work, leave a rating, and access itemized payment receipts.

LANDSCAPERS

Create a business profile, define a private service area, choose the services you offer, and set prices by yard size. Receive nearby job requests, accept a request or propose another time, manage active work, and upload completion photos for customer review.

Track confirmed job earnings and view itemized earnings receipts. Availability tools help you decide when customers can request your services.

SECURE PAYMENTS AND SAFETY

Payments are handled securely through Stripe. Customers authorize payment when booking and are charged after completed work is approved according to TurfUp's payment flow.

TurfUp includes reporting and blocking tools, notification preferences, and in-app account deletion. Location sharing for an active trip begins only after a landscaper chooses Start driving and ends when work begins or the job is canceled.
