EULA is invasive and dicey at best. Any EULA (End User License Agreement) that uses the word "etc." in their outline of what data they are collecting from your device is dangerous. That one word, "etc." allows them the legal right to literally take anything they want from you - anything from the device you're using, including any and all data attached to it, with no limit in what you are giving them the legal right steal from you. Except you can't say 'steal if you agree to it. Beware.
