About this app

Auror enables you to report retail incidents to your loss prevention team and access intelligence on the go. This mobile app complements Auror’s desktop application. It will be beneficial to people who are on the move and want to receive real-time notifications that are actionable.

Who can use Auror?
You will be required to be a verified member of an organization that works with Auror in order to access the functionality in the app. Once registered, you can use your same login credentials which you use to log-in to the desktop application.

Ratings and reviews

One major annoyance is that there is no way to filter out bulletins from your feed, so you always get a bunch of bulletins from NYPD or from other places on the other side of the country that are completely irrelevant to you. They either need to reach out to those departments to ask them to stop posting bulletins or they need to have a way of letting users hide those bulletins from their feed.

I have one major issue. I cannot change the time of any event. When I've asked support for help they tell me there's nothing they can do. So the only way for me to have accurate times in my report or to go online on my Google Chromebook and update my reports there. Otherwise, I have to always choose now for the time and put comments stating the actual time. Very inconvenient.

SSO error because the app doesn't sign in using the QR code. Instead, it attempts to go through the SSO verification in an internal browser which isn't provisioned and ends up just knocking on the SSO door without attempting to let the user actually sign in with 2FA.
