Pencil & Paid helps self-employed tradespeople keep jobs, customers and invoices together on their phone. See the next job, document the work and send a clear invoice without hunting through separate calendars, photo folders and notes.

Open your schedule to Today Home. See what's next, today's jobs and open time in your workday. Switch to Day, Week or Month, choose a date and schedule recurring work.
SHOW THE WORK
Keep job notes and before-and-after photos with the job. Choose the photos to include in an invoice PDF so customers can see the work they are paying for. Look back at the job when you need its details.
SEND CLEAR INVOICES
Create invoices with line items and tax, generate PDF invoices and send invoices or payment reminders by email. Show the manual payment methods and destinations you have configured, and record payments as they arrive. Pencil & Paid tracks recorded payments; enabling a manual payment method does not automatically verify or collect the payment.
KEEP YOUR CREW TOGETHER
With Crew, invite team members to shared jobs and manage their roles. Invited members create their own free accounts and join your crew; the owner's subscription covers their access.
CHOOSE THE PLAN THAT FITS
Solo: $29 USD per month for one user.
Crew: $49 USD per month for up to five total users, including the owner.
New business owners receive a 14-day account trial when they create an account. No card is required to create the account or start that trial. The account trial does not automatically start a paid subscription. Continued access after the trial requires an active subscription.
Paid subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play subscriptions. The purchase screen shows the price and billing terms before you subscribe.
