I purchased a recorded batch and 90% of the lectures are old lectures , recorded some 4 years back with very low sound and video quality. Not enough lectures for some chapters which are not sufficient for CSIR NET. Totally waste of money. Some materials are good but some PDFs notes are not at all clear.They are also not receiving calls, Before purchasing they will call 3times a day to buy the course but now they don't receive calls . Disgusting,join other platforms like J chem or chem Academy .

My experience with this app has been very bad. I purchased a course that was advertised as live classes but all the sessions were actually recorded.on top of that many videos are incomplete which makes learning very difficult.I feel disappointed with the quality of the course .

This platform is just not right. I purchased a course here. There are old youtube videos from 2021 as lectures. Many videos doesn't work properly, sometimes the video get frozen sometimes there is no sound. Many important chapters and units are incomplete. No one take responsibility for any issue they dont even respond properly to many of the issues. The quality content that teachers provide is not satisfactory. Overall I would suggest please provide the value that you are suppose to deliver.
