Completely worthless! You cannot pay your bill on the website because they don't have their act together when it comes to security apparently and you cannot pay your bill with this app either. Do they even want to get paid at this point? Doesn't seem like it. EPM might not get paid next month because I am going out of town for an extended period. Whose fault is it if I can't pay online due to EPM's incompetence? EPM's fault obviously. And where is the English option?

After the update it is even worse than before. Hire some decent people who know what they are doing for the mobile app

No aparece el modulo de pago de facturas. debería ser lo primero que uno ve. intento pagar haciendo abono de factura (lo cual es un reproceso) y me da error al pagar. no deja pagar con tarjeta de crédito. que extraño algo tan malo siendo de epm.
