Ratings and reviews

Overall, I like being able to manage my account via this app. Holds, renewals, etc. The Search engine seems a little off ..Sometimes I search for an item. It will appear they don't have the item, and then I might accidentally discover it on a visit to one of the branches. You can renew 1 item or all in a category. Being able to pick and choose would be a plus. I also think a wish list option would be a good addition. Books I plan to read in the future, but am not quite ready to put on hold...

For the last couple years I've given this app a 5 star review but for the last couple months it hasn't been working right at all. Now I can't even sign in or anything, let alone actually read a book. All I keep getting is a 'sorry something went wrong please cancel/retry....and there's no use retracing 🙄🤬

App isn't working right. Everytime I try to log in, the app closes. Doesn't even attempt to log in.
