DailyPlan gives your thoughts somewhere to land. Say what is on your mind, whenever it arrives. AI turns quick voice recordings into short, clear items with useful descriptions, so you can stop carrying everything in your head.

CAPTURE THROUGHOUT YOUR DAY
Record a thought on your walk, between meetings, or on your way home. Capture one idea or several at once, with recordings up to ten minutes. Choose your recording languages in Settings. AI keeps your thoughts in the language you speak.

Your day is a list, not an hourly schedule. Drag items into the order that works for you, open their details, and mark them complete. Merge related ideas into one clearer item while keeping the original details.

Browse previous days and bring an item to today. Swipe an item into the archive and restore it when you need it again. Original recording transcripts stay connected to your ideas.

TALK TO YOUR IDEAS
With a live voice membership, have a natural conversation with your AI companion. Interrupt mid-sentence, ask about something you mentioned earlier, or describe the small piece you remember. Your companion can retrieve complete saved records, including original transcripts, explain the relevant details, edit an item when you ask, or bring an older idea to today. Recent records are available as context; older history can be retrieved by date or meaning.

CONTINUE WHILE YOU DO OTHER THINGS
Start a live conversation in the app, then switch apps or turn off your screen. Android keeps microphone input and spoken replies running through a visible foreground-service notification. End the conversation in the app or from the notification. Sessions automatically pause after three quiet minutes to protect your remaining allowance. Voice processing helps reduce background noise; if speech is unclear, the companion can ask you to repeat it.

TRY IT, THEN CHOOSE WHAT YOU NEED
The three-day trial includes five connected live voice minutes. Capture-only membership remains available. Live voice memberships include monthly minute allowances, with monthly and yearly billing options where available. Connected time counts toward the allowance, including pauses. There is no automatic overage billing.

An internet connection is required for AI processing, live conversations, and account synchronization. Daily recording limits apply. Live conversation transcripts are saved privately in your history. Quick recordings and live conversations have different usage allowances. DailyPlan does not send scheduled reminder notifications. If a quick recording has not finished uploading, reopen the app to finish syncing.
