The app guides you through the simple steps you need to follow, including agreeing to the terms of service via an authorized contract. Through the app, you'll also gain access to a comprehensive training guide, enabling you to confidently monitor your parking areas!

After downloading the app:

Step 1: Complete the confidential and secure registration form on your smartphone and submit it to UKPC for verification and to receive the necessary contract and terms of service.

Step 2: Once your contract has been received and accepted, you will receive an email with your individual login details, including a username and password for the platform.

Step 3: We will send you the signage that you can install in the parking areas – and you're ready to go!

Step 4: Take some time to carefully read the iTicket user guide and terms of service.

Step 5: Take photos of vehicles that violate the published parking regulations.

The photos will then be sent to UKPC, and we'll take care of the rest!

Customers are also eligible for a commission of up to 20% of the parking fees paid.
