the website seems to function okay. My biggest problem is with the app. The pre-recorded videos do not play even when downloaded. I can usually get the video to start but if I pause it or leave the app it will not restart. this is frustrating as a majority of my time where I could watch the videos is through my phone.

My friend and I enrolled in Edureka’s Agentic AI course expecting hands-on learning, but sessions were mostly basic theory and unhelpful. After requesting a refund, support was unresponsive for weeks. We were later shifted to another cohort but faced access issues and poor coordination. No proper response even after multiple follow-ups. Very disappointing experience. Please research carefully before enrolling.

Their services are horrible, I would not recommend, they force you to make payment all the time threaten to block your account. But once you make the payment that's it, support team doesn't pick up your calls, classes are not conducted, just left on waiting for meeting to start. There is also no support on assignments as well. YouTube is even better than this! Heavily disappointed!!! Anyone thinking about enrolling, think twice!
