SignalPath is an on-device Wi-Fi analyzer and wireless audit tool for authorized IT professionals, consultants, managed service providers, and small-business technology teams. Document Wi-Fi security, network health, channel conditions, and signal coverage from an Android phone or tablet.

Walk through a business, run selected outside and connected-network checks together, evaluate channel interference and channel-width posture, map connected Wi-Fi signal across rooms and hallways, and turn chosen results into a concise executive synopsis with supporting technical evidence.

SignalPath runs only tests supported directly by the Android device. It does not exploit vulnerabilities, capture credentials, bypass network protections, or replace a complete penetration test or compliance assessment.

Authorized use only: use SignalPath solely on networks you own or have express written authorization to assess.

SignalPath is local-first. It contains no advertising or First Step Solutions analytics service and does not upload stored audit, map, or user-selected floor-plan records to First Step Solutions. Camera-assisted mapping uses Google Play Services for AR and is subject to Google's privacy practices.

What’s new

Improved dark-mode support on Settings. Free users can now clearly see that additional security and performance tests are available with SignalPath Pro. Results now explain that scores reflect only completed checks, show coverage against all supported tests, and no longer change the overall score when a single result is selected.
