I tried this program. I paid for the initial fee and for the 2 visits I had. I cancelled because I found f a local provider that was able to serve me better. I have been billed lo g after I cancelled on the app. It's been since August that I cancelled and they billed my insurance for September, October, November, and December. Despite reaching out to billing, I keep being sent an automated response. Interestingly enough All the past transcripts in the app are no where to be found. Fraud

This is a great program and very effective in helping you meet your goals. The app is easy to use. It allows for a easy way to communicate with the program and provides a quick method for you to lookup all the information they provide. Juila is great, knowledgeable and helps keep you accountable. I was able to meet my goal in 3 months and have changed the way I look at eating. It is definitely worth it!

Horrible. I can not enable notifications at all. It just won't click through. It says I can schedule, but when I click on the date and time I want to select, it says error.
