App looks good, staff are not helpful and just pass you around. Scheduled a zoom meeting that i had to move things around to make work and it was cancelled. Think of it as a nice restaurants with untrained staff. To expensive for that kind of service.

Some things need a better explanation or tutorial like how to set the API but other than that it's a really good rewards system. The help line was very helpful and made everything clear and better. I hope to buisness with this company in the future

The app is overall good. The "loyalty strategy" section is simple and to the point, but the idea get across clearly. Also, the app keeps track of all the club members as well as having stat updates (money and members count).
