Garbage app. I've used it over 2 years & spent a lot of money. I cant tell you how many times Ive had to uninstall and reinstall. Is there no budget in technology guys? In todays age of technology theres just no excuse. This APP based service has to work properly. The entire purpose is for CONVENIENCE. I feel bad for the barbers and stylists who will lose clients over the app not working. I've emailed numerous times and nothing is done. I open it and just a blank white screen constantly!

Great individuals on the app, but the app crashes too frequently to rely on it. I'm constantly reinstalling to get anything done-- if you switch apps after logging in, you're stuck on a white screen until you either clear all local data or uninstall. Terrible experience. After my next booking, I'm going private.

I didn't have a service done, but from what I've experienced just by chatting with someone (Angela Robinson), I'll definitely use this service. I myself don't like going to places and waiting in awkward silence waiting to have my hair done. With this I can actually be completely comfortable in my own home! This is great that this option is available in my area!!! Super excited to use this!
