I ordered a silver pendant. It turned black. It was under warranty, so I applied for it. The pendant was picked up from me and they refunded in giva wallet. Which can't be withdrawn. And the product is back in stock. But with a price hike. They just loot our money.

Worst experience ever on App. Everytime I place an order, payment is deducted, order history interface comes but the order is not generated. This has happened atleast 5 times (not exaggerating). Then keep going in circles with the customer support which too keeps crashing when you try to attach screenshot of the payment confirmation. No issues with the brand as such.

Terrible service. I have never had such a pathetic experience with any shopping app. They delivered the wrong ring. When I opted for exchange, they collected the ring but never delivered the original ring that was ordered. In the app, it is being shown as delivered. And there is no help. The customer care number is hopeless - no executives are ever available. And even through chat, one can find no way. The only purpose of this rating is to at least get a response from them here.
