Ratings and reviews

Bought it when it was just an overpriced device, now it's subscription model. They said it should be unlimited because I bought it before it was a subscription, but they are not honouring that. I have contacted support telling them of this and it is still not working. It's like the subscription is expired again. When I bought the device the advertisement was that it would work for life. I am sad i lost functionality, I can no longer dump the raw data.... but it still works after I pay the subsc

Since the most recent update the app has become so much slower, doesn't always connect to my car and needs closing (usually while I'm driving and trying not to be distracted). What's going on? Trip optimisation takes forever, even uploading a receipt takes so long it nearly put me off using the app altogether and trying to keep the information as accurate as possible.

I would like to give 5 stars but it doesn't run properly. At the 1st purchased time it run smoothly but then it start lagging. No matter how many times you close and open in Android device, trip doesn't shown. Ray light is perfect and looks no trouble in connection. Soon after few days it lags. I don't know why there is no update for that. We trust you and still trust your product but somewhere it gives cold feelings.
