Ratings and reviews

This app is really glitchy which makes it very hard to use... There were many problems that I faced... 1. The videos are not downloaded properly and weren't accessible... 2. The classes will get stuck and won't continue if you open the video again... 3. The app will shut down randomly itself... These issue makes the experience of using the app very poor will request to fix them soon.

The worst experience on this app, first byjus representatives will pester u with their calls and will anyhow manage to convince you to purchase a course and after purchasing the course it doesn't reflect in the application and asks again to purchase it, and moreover that counsellor will not attend your calls. I really want refund of my fee, its frustrating and very annoying. I wish I cud rate it zero. Go with unacademy instead of buying this byjus over rated expensive course. Unacademy is best

I would have given it a 5 star. But after watching 20-30 recorded videos it always shows time for rivision and practice. I have attempted many questions after that but still I am unable to watch next videos. That's why I have to watch videos on YouTube for understanding and solve questions on this app.
