Grove itself is five stars, but this app is horrid now. I don't understand why they changed it - the old version was great. Now it takes almost 2 minutes for the app to load, and another minute for my cart to load. The cart icon isn't visible from the favorites tab or the VIP tab. The favorites tab reloads every 5 seconds, moving items around in the list so that I accidentally add the wrong one to my cart. Now it's also refusing to even add items to my cart and just gives error messages.

This app is garbage! I love Grove, but the app constantly has issues. I do much better just USING MY BROWSER to login. I can't even get the app to open at all now. It just sits on the opening screen for several minutes and then closes completely. Also, when you're looking at an item, and you'd like to enlarge the photo to zoom in, it will not allow you to. It use to, but in their infinite wisdom, they've decided to remove that feature. I'm going to just use the browser.

2/28/26: APP is still lagging & buggy dropping my rating again. 11/23/25: I gave it a 2-star rating, 1 because the app doesn't want to turn on most of the time and 2 because I like these products. About the new app. It's good (IF I can get in). 99.99% of the time it stays on the loading screen and won't let me in. Also, online or on the APP (when I can actually get in), the Favorites list doesn't work. It just shows up as gray boxes.
