Grupify Admin is the app for organizers who sell their events with Grupify. Everything you need to manage your event day-to-day, right on your phone.

YOUR EVENT AT A GLANCE
Paid registrations, gross and net revenue, daily registration rate, and available spots per distance. View today, 7 days, 30 days, or the entire event.

REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS
Search by name, ID number, or bib number. See each person's profile: payment, bib number, distance, category, and whether they've already picked up their kit. Call or message them on WhatsApp with a tap, or register someone directly from the app.

COCORAGPT
Ask them how your event is going, and they'll respond with charts and graphs. Request they create a coupon, change a price, or set up a campaign: they'll show you what they're going to do, and you can confirm it. You can also message them.

EMAIL, SMS, AND WHATSAPP CAMPAIGNS
AI writes the message with you: emails with your event design, WhatsApp templates with buttons, and short SMS messages. See how it will appear to each person before sending.

COUPONS, TICKETS, AND T-SHIRTS
Create and share coupons as images, close or reopen sales, adjust capacity, and manage t-shirt inventory by size.
