Turn your Wear OS watch into a paragliding variometer. Hear thermals through dynamic audio tones, feel lift and sink through haptic pulses, and keep your eyes on the sky — no extra hardware needed.

AUDIO & HAPTIC VARIO
Choose from 8 feedback profiles tailored to different flying styles — Classic, Thermal Hunter, Bird Chirps, Melodic, and more. Each profile has tuned frequencies, beep patterns, and vibration intensities. Audio works through the watch speaker even in Do Not Disturb mode. Adjust volume with the rotary crown.

IN-FLIGHT DISPLAY
Two swipeable flight screens designed for quick glances. The primary screen shows vertical speed, altitude, ground speed, and glide ratio (L/D). The secondary screen shows distance, max altitude, elapsed time, and battery level. Color-coded data for instant readability.

FAMILIAR INTERFACE
Inspired by the Fitbit exercise app — pill-shaped buttons, lock screen, pause/resume, and swipe navigation. Designed for gloved, in-flight use on a small round display.

FLIGHT DETECTION
Riser can detect when you launch and notify you to start tracking. Landing detection alerts you when you've touched down. Enable both in Settings and let the app do the work.

GPS FLIGHT RECORDING
Full GPS tracking at one-second intervals — latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, and bearing. Review flights on the watch with max altitude, max speed, distance, duration, climb rates, and glide statistics.

IGC EXPORT
FAI-standard flight logs with GPS fixes, pressure altitude, and security hash. Files sync automatically to the companion phone app over Bluetooth for sharing with XCTrack, DHV XC, or any analysis tool.

COMPANION PHONE APP
Flights sync automatically from watch to phone. Browse flight history with full stats — max altitude, distance, duration, max speed, max climb, and average climb. Export all flights as a zip. Share individual IGC files. Light and dark theme.

DESIGNED FOR THE WRIST
Built from the ground up for Wear OS, not ported from a phone app. Black AMOLED background. Rotary crown volume control. Always-on ambient mode. Power-saving mode below 30% battery. Dynamic color theming matches your watch face.

CONFIGURABLE
Vertical speed in m/s, ft/min, or km/h. Ground speed in km/h or mph. Altitude in meters or feet. Distance in km or miles. Imperial toggle switches all units at once. Set pilot name, glider type, and registration for IGC headers.

DEMO MODE
Try the full vario experience without leaving the ground. The built-in flight simulator runs a realistic thermal so you can dial in your feedback profile before your first launch.

PRIVACY FIRST
No analytics. No ads. No crash reporting. No tracking. The watch app doesn't even have internet permission. All data stays on your devices.
