What is Handing?

Handing is an innovative institutional-parental communication platform that connects the institution and the family like never before.

Our innovative setup, combined with bidirectional messaging, online participation, and an easy-to-use and intuitive user interface, ensures that communication, coordination, and collaboration processes among all members of an educational community are much more agile, efficient, and effective compared to traditional school communication methods (website, email, communication notebooks, newsletters, blogs, photocopies, virtual classrooms, SMS, and academic management systems).

Who uses Handing?
All the adults (educators and parents) involved in an educational community can use Handing to communicate with each other daily, stay informed, connected, and better organized. So can teachers and students to share information, resources, and topics of common interest inside and outside the classroom.

What kind of actions can I perform in Handing?
The school (administrators-teachers-non-teaching staff) and the family (parents-students) can produce, send, receive, and manage all the information using this unique tool, thus replacing old-fashioned methods -communication notebooks, printed notes, institutional websites, emails, phone calls, chats, and virtual classrooms. In summary, Handing allows each community member, regarding their role and position within the institution, to spread news, announcements, and alerts, share documents, images, videos, and links, request and receive documents online, coordinate and organize events, assign tasks, and have real-time conversations, among others.

Is the information private and secure?
Absolutely! Communications on Handing are accessible only to people belonging to a community and having appropriate permissions. Regarding privacy levels, information within a community can be: public, if shared with an entire educational level; semi-public, if the message is exchanged only among members of a specific group; and private, if the conversation is one-on-one. In Handing, no post is deleted, and all posts include the date, time, and person who published them.

Will communication with our families improve?
Certainly! Handing was specifically designed to simplify and enhance the school-family communication process, making the task of the institution's staff easier and involving parents in their children's school life in a simple, agile, and intuitive way. In Handing, every parent receives only the important information they need concerning their children, in an organized, secure, timely manner. Besides helping parents to be organized, Handing functions as a virtual assistant that keeps the entire community "on the same page" through notifications and reminders.

Cansan con tantos cambios...comuniquen todas sus mierd4s inútiles x mail y listo... cuántas apps que hacen lo mismo necesitamos? Dediquense a otra cosa mas que a entorpecernos la vida con sus comunicaciones inútiles.

Donde trabajo me hacen tener instalado esto en el celular y me sacan espacio. No está bueno q te fuercen a actualizar para usar las app
