I've had this app for years and it's a great idea, providing a useful service. Good for long-distance friendships or people with opposing schedules to keep in touch. However, the price hike that removed fast-forwarding was frustrating, as well as the fact that it doesn't save your spot in a polo at random and you have to annoyingly skip forward a million times. Glitches a lot.

Keeps crashing as of update on 2/27/23. No issues before today; a lot of pressure to upgrade to the Plus version from ads. Not sure what bugs are within the last update, but the app WILL NOT run on Android. Had to place it in deep sleep mode. As of 2/28/23: I was advised to uninstall, restart my device, then reinstall the app and it has worked fine after this.

I love this app for staying in touch with people. However, I am falling out of love with it because I've been having technical issues. When trying to record a response, the app freezes, the entire response doesn't get recorded and I have to close the app and open it back up again,delete the recording. I was told to send a screenshot but it doesn't make sense to me to screenshot a frozen screen for troubleshooting. Not sure if I'm going to renew my family subscription until they get this fixed.
