About this app

Tavo runs a car service from your phone: every ride, every driver, and every fare still to collect, in one place. It is built for car services, limo companies, shuttles and medical transport operators, and for people who would rather not fight with software.

SET UP IN MINUTES
Create your company, add your drivers by email, and book your first ride. Each driver gets an email invite, downloads Tavo, and chooses their own password.

BOOK A RIDE IN SECONDS
Pick a customer who has ridden before and their phone and address fill in. Addresses are suggested as you type. Pick the day on a calendar and the time on a clock. Rides to and from the airport are recognized from the addresses.

ONE SCHEDULE FOR THE WHOLE TEAM
A calendar of every ride, with the count on each day. Home shows what needs attention: rides with no driver yet and money not collected from finished rides. Tap any number to see the rides behind it.

MONEY THAT DOES NOT GO MISSING
When a ride is finished, the driver records what was collected, how it was paid, the tip and the miles, in one step. A finished ride with nothing recorded shows up as not collected, so it gets chased the same day.

FOR DRIVERS ON THE ROAD
The next ride, big, with directions in Google Maps or Waze, one-tap calling, a name sign for airport pickups, and Complete ride. Phone notifications when a ride is assigned, changed or cancelled.
