Ashtrom Properties, part of the Ashtrom Group, which owns and manages over 750,000 square meters of office, commercial and industrial buildings, in Israel and abroad, is launching an innovative technological system for its tenants in the office buildings - which will be called Ashtrom Host

The system's capabilities are unique and allow for interfacing between different systems that exist in the company's properties, including a parking system, visitor access controls and elevators, property maintenance, finances and clearing, and more.

Among the uses offered by the application, which was designed and designed by Ashstrom Properties: inviting guests to meetings, managing the guests invited to the company in the building, identification in the building's parking lot and the lobby of the building, generating an entrance barcode to the building, to the elevators and the relevant floors; fault reporting, handling maintenance issues and service calls; Direct mail to tenants, internal chat and more.

Ashtrom Port - a brand of shared work complexes from Ashstrom Properties, is the beating heart of the company's projects and includes a world of services and experiences for the residents of the complexes in the building, such as: a business lounge, a conference hall, classrooms, a gym, sports classes and classes, lectures and events.

The Ashtrom Host system will allow you to register and order services provided by the port. The system provides an administrative interface for port tenants that includes contracts, collection, registration, payment and more. The gym interface is managed by the app and allows you to update occupancy and entry restrictions, manage and register health declarations as well as set up and manage sports classes.

In the future, the application is expected to be perfected and present a wider variety of uses which will give tenants a comprehensive package. Among the uses that will be possible in the future: connecting the tenants to the option offered by the trading floor, exposing the businesses, restaurant reservations, TA reservations from restaurants and ordering services, as well as creating a community, sharing services between the tenants of the property, establishing a structural community, and sharing trips among the employees in the building.
