About this app

RayClock is your workplace's attendance and HR app. Sign in and out from your phone, see at any time how many hours you've accrued this month, and submit vacation requests without forms or emails.

Attendance signing
• One-click login and logout, with a live daily and monthly hour counter
• Signing by attaching the phone to the NFC tag at the workplace entrance
• Location verification — the system verifies that you are at an approved work site, as defined by the employer
• Completion and correction of forgotten signatures, for manager approval

My Hours
• "My Month" screen with a summary of regular hours, overtime and absences
• Full daily breakdown — all signings and each hour accumulated
• Reporting hours by tasks and projects, with a personal task diary

Vacations and absences
• Request for vacation, illness, reserve, maternity leave or personal absence
• Attach a sick leave certificate or document directly from the phone
• Tracking the status of the request — pending, approved or rejected
• Your remaining vacation days and a full breakdown of accumulation and utilization

Shifts
• Your personal work arrangement, synchronized with the system

Documents and forms
• Payslips, tax forms and personal documents — available for viewing and downloading
• Electronic signature of documents directly from the app
• Filling and submitting a digital Form 101, including identity verification with a one-time code

and
• Notifications about approval of requests, documents awaiting signature and reminders
• Employee book and organizational structure
• Login with a password, with a Google account or with a Microsoft account
• Full interface in Hebrew with RTL support, as well as in English and Russian

Permissions
NFC — for signing by attaching to the wall tag at the workplace.
Location — for verifying that the signing was performed at an approved work site. Collected only at the moment of signing.
