I had a very bad experience, my loan was on the other side, they offered me to pay more than there but I did not pay the expected amount, on the contrary, the call center said that you will get the same amount as you are ready, I will pay less interest in the previous bank. If you approach them, the interest rate also increased and the money was paid less

If any negative star then it should be for indiagold. Very pathetic service by indiagold. Worst customer support services. After making payment on due date it was not got updated and charging additional interest due to delay payment. Then they are asking for rebooking of loan and blackmailing for additional payment and if you not do so then they will charge higher rate of interest till your loan tenure. Friends it's my suggestion please don't take loan from Indiagold and Shivalik bank.

I have an appointment for today to take a gold loan at minimal interest and they asked me to install the app. but i completely changed my mind after reading reviews. Now it's better for me to pay genuine companies like muthoot finance little more interest than wasting your time on indiagold. Also i request India gold not to waste your time calling me as reviews explained to me everything. I'm taking loan from muthoot finance now.
