Ratings and reviews

App requires username/password input *AND* code via SMS verification like it's a bank account, yet it's merely a limited-use mobile provider app. Furthermore, sometimes SMS code doesn't get pasted into an app requiring user to do it manually. The App requires re-sing in (*AND* SMS code verif.) every five minutes of being idle. The App should be accessible to view account info through a single tap, only options to buy credits, change tariff or change peronal data should be password-protected!

The app was improved from the last time I rated it. Still, hasn't much moved in terms of features. It's still sad to see you can't copy/paste code to purchase more credits. You're forced to type it yourself. Some info about their tariff options is purposely missleading (flat rate one), no info that it lasts only 5 days.

Activated a prepaid tariff and app "parked" the money but it never activated the tariff. After 2 days all data was spent and I call customer service who points out "I should of waited 24 hours for activation confirmation via SMS" which never arrived. They told me someone's going to call me within 2 weeks to address the issue. This is intentionally bad design to scam customers. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the app and with the company.
