About this app

OPS Ataa is a work tool for Ataa Educational staff, for following
operational plans from a mobile phone.

From the app, a member can:

• Write an operational plan, send it for approval, and follow where it stands
• Approve plans or return them with a note, according to their membership
• Move through the whole chain: strategic objectives, sub-objectives, work
plans and their tasks, then indicators
• Record quarterly evaluations for each indicator, and follow achievement
and deviation
• See which evaluations are due and not yet recorded, most overdue first
• Read the feedback on their plans and reply to it
• Attach a voice note or a file to any indicator
• Receive alerts for quarterly evaluation deadlines and approvals

This is an internal tool: accounts are created by a system administrator,
and there is no sign-up inside the app.
