QMS Ataa — Quality Management System

An internal app for Ataa Educational staff that runs the full school quality cycle from your phone: building the self-evaluation and gathering evidence, through the evaluation report, improvement plans and field visits.

What the app does

• Self-evaluation — add evidence against the indicators of each field, with photo, file and voice-recording attachments.
• Evaluation report — record a percentage for every indicator, with notes and recommendations.
• Improvement plans — create a plan for the indicators that fell short of the required percentage, and follow it until it closes.
• Field visits — a visit on the improvement plan, where the visiting team rates the plan's indicators.
• Approvals — every stage follows a clear approval chain, and each user sees only what belongs to their role.
• Notifications — an immediate alert whenever something needs action: an approval, a comment, or a completed evaluation.
• Two languages — Arabic and English, with full support for both directions.

Interface improvements and Android 16 support:
