got a 3 month subscription with our hospital photos and paid to add 1 year subscription to it instead I got my 3 months free the 1 year I paid and have a record of is non existent and they are still charging my card $36 to continue a subscription I have no access to after telling me ybe would no longer charge my cards dont fall for the scam

Just pay the extra 20 so as not to have to sign up for this AI slop in the hospital. they definitely AREN'T going to let you cancel. been trying for three weeks. won't even send me an email to change my password.

-As new parents of three children aged 4 and under, I didn't even have time to use any of the services. I do appreciate the text message reminders. Through the military, we have a similar program that is free.-To unsubscribe, go to your email and search for "Joy Parenting." It should be the email that says "Your free trial ends soon," and you can go through the unsubscribe process from there yourself. I hadn't got refunded. I have not heard from customer service. I contacted the site
