Total scam. Charged me for subscription service without my consent after I purchased a package of photos of my newborn baby at the hospital 3mo prior. Just wanted the photos, nothing else. Had to request a refund and deletion of all my personal data they'd collected. On top of that, the app itself is difficult to navigate on purpose because they don't want you to figure out how to reach their customer service people and file a complaint. AVOID this company like the plague!

I love this app. Is it perfect? No, the AI built in is sometimes too chatty BUT it generally provides good feedback & ideas. You should vet what you get back, like with any AI. But it has been an indispensable part of my first time parenting. The articles & videos within the app are nice, short, & informative. I like the toolkits. I dont use the tracking functionality. The What to Expect app has a more robust tracking system that's more flexible & reliable for me. That'd be my Only negative.

I really love this app. Their team is excellent for support, advice, all types of questions and much more. I like how their AI bot also checks in regularly and will prompt you to open the app and catch up. It's like having a virtual mom coach and friend.
