Total scam. Charged me for subscription service without my consent after I purchased a package of photos of my newborn baby at the hospital 3mo prior. Just wanted the photos, nothing else. Had to request a refund and deletion of all my personal data they'd collected. On top of that, the app itself is difficult to navigate on purpose because they don't want you to figure out how to reach their customer service people and file a complaint. AVOID this company like the plague!

good app and service but a night mode/dark screen mode would be a life saver for people like me who's baby notices any small bit of light in the dark. the white screen makes use during night wake ups and night nursing sessions really difficult

I really love this app. Their team is excellent for support, advice, all types of questions and much more. I like how their AI bot also checks in regularly and will prompt you to open the app and catch up. It's like having a virtual mom coach and friend.
