-As new parents of three children aged 4 and under, I didn't even have time to use any of the services. I do appreciate the text message reminders. Through the military, we have a similar program that is free.-To unsubscribe, go to your email and search for "Joy Parenting." It should be the email that says "Your free trial ends soon," and you can go through the unsubscribe process from there yourself. I hadn't got refunded. I have not heard from customer service. I contacted the site

Easy to use app with lots of useful information. The expert chat helps the most. A joy to use it(no pun intended)

Customer service is terrible. I was automatically signed up when I bought newborn photos, and then they charged me after the free trial. I've never even used the service. I can't get anyone to write back to me through email or text to cancel my account. This whole thing seems like a money grab scam aimed at poor, vulnerable new parents.
