This app has been very helpful as a tracker and advice resource. I have been able to track all of my daughter's feeds, diaper changes, and sleep time. Additionally, I was having a few issues with breastfeeding. I tried calling my hospital's lactation specialists, but they weren't available. The chat function in this app actually provided some excellent advice that helped my daughter latch on after she had rejected breastfeeding for several feeds. Very satisfied with my experience so far!

I love this app. Is it perfect? No, the AI built in is sometimes too chatty BUT it generally provides good feedback & ideas. You should vet what you get back, like with any AI. But it has been an indispensable part of my first time parenting. The articles & videos within the app are nice, short, & informative. I like the toolkits. They improved tracking functionality. What I really need is to be able to track 2 activities at once, like sleep and feeding, and solids. But significant improvement!

Total scam. Charged me for subscription service without my consent after I purchased a package of photos of my newborn baby at the hospital 3mo prior. Just wanted the photos, nothing else. Had to request a refund and deletion of all my personal data they'd collected. On top of that, the app itself is difficult to navigate on purpose because they don't want you to figure out how to reach their customer service people and file a complaint. AVOID this company like the plague!
