I’ve been ordering from them for about six years, but their service has declined recently. I asked them through the app to order a fishing camera for me, and when it arrived, it was seized at the airport. They couldn’t retrieve it or issue a refund, and they claimed it was my mistake for ordering it—even though they placed the order themselves. I also ordered vitamins from iHerb last year, and it took three months to arrive because they had forgotten it in their U.S. warehouse.

signing in to create an account doesn't work, they are supposed to send you an OTP, but they never do, I tried it more than once and it didn't work. If they can't even do the signing in right, I don't believe the experience would be good.
