Make every pour-over more consistent with Carafe, a guided coffee timer for newcomers learning manual brewing and enthusiasts refining their technique. Follow clear timing and weight targets, build your own recipes, and review completed brews to improve consistency over time.

GUIDED BREWING

• Follow cumulative water targets and stage-by-stage timing guidance in one glanceable view. Carafe displays your current step, expected scale weight, pour target, countdown for timed stages, and overall recipe progress.
• Keep guidance visible beyond the app with background stage reminders and an ongoing brew notification.
• Scale recipes to your desired output while preserving its coffee-to-water ratio.
• Choose metric units using milliliters and grams, or U.S. customary units using fluid ounces and ounces.

BUILD YOUR OWN RECIPES

• Create recipes with preparation steps, multiple timed pours, rest periods, actions such as stirring, and a final drawdown stage.
• Edit, duplicate, and reorder recipes to build a personal library for your favorite brewing methods and coffees.

Carafe collects limited pseudonymous usage and technical data for product analytics, but excludes editable recipe and stage text as well as local recipe, brew, and stage identifiers.
